A solution contains both OH- and H+ ions but the acidity or basicity of a solution depends upon the concentration of them. If there are more H+ ions, than OH- ion then it is acidic but if it has more OH- ion than H+ ion, it is basic.
All basic solution contain H+ ion but in less concentration than OH- ions.
Hope this helps :D
