In the figure, let 'B' be the mean position, 'A' be the end to which the bob traveled and 'C' be the other end.
Then A.T.Q.
B-= 0.2 s --------- (1)
A-B = 0.2 s --------- (2
B-C = 0.2 s --------- (3)
C-B = 0.2 s --------- (4)
We know time period is the total time taken by a pendulum to move from mean position to one end and back to mean position and then to the other end and finally coming back to the mean position.
=> time period= (1)+(2)+(3)+(4)
                           0.2+0.2+0.2+0.2
                           0.8 s
