Hey Mate,

Given,

It takes 10 minutes for 100 ml of water to percolate through a soil sample.

Percolation rate= Volume of Water ( in ml ) / Time taken to percolate ( in mins )

Then on substituting the values, we get:-

Percolation rate = 100 ml / 10 min

Percolation rate = 10 ml/min

Therefore, the percolation rate of water in the given soil sample is                10 ml/min.

Hope it Helps!

Answer :

10 ml/min

Explaintion :

percolation rate = volume of water ( ml )

---------------------------------

time taken to percolate ( min )

percolation rate = 100

-------

10

= 10 ml / min
