It was a hot sunny afternoon. Reema and Sahil were playing in the courtyard outside of their house when they heard a soft voice calling out their names. At first they did not pay much attention to it and kept playing. Then they heard it again, this time a bit more louder but still barely audible. Sahil, being the elder of the two, decided to investigate and went around the place to try to see who might be calling them.
Not finding anyone who might have called them, he came back and resumed playing with his sister. Then the third time they heard their names, both went around the house to try to figure out who is calling them. Still unable to find out the culprit, they decided that they will pretend to play but secretly try to find the caller. So, they went back to their courtyard and pretended to play. When the voice called out for the final time, they were sure that it came from one of the windows, for it was directly in front of them. It was then that they realized it was their father playing a prank on them, trying to distract and fool them into thinking it was some sort of a stranger. They had a hearty laugh over it in the end.
