I got up and headed downstairs to see who it was. I reached the door and looked through the peep hole. It was Samantha. I had invited her over to my place as I didnt want be alone all evening. I opened the door and let her in. Samantha is my girlfriend.
I opened the door and let her in. She hugged me and I returned the favour with a kiss.
"You're looking so good, even in those wet clothes." I said.
"Thanks." She replied.
I said," let's get you some of my sisters clothes, you don't look very comfortable in the soaked ones and also if you got a cold, your mom will kill me."
She says okay, so I went in and got her some of my sister's clothes. I showed her the way to the bathroom and went in to stir up some coffee. The phone rang while I was pouring the coffee into the mugs. I picked up the phone .
Hey, it's me Samantha. I'm so sorry I can't make it to your house. The rain is torrential. I'm ......." I dropped the phone as I felt the cold steel of the knife slice through my back to my chest and that's where it ended. In searing pain.
