It was my summer vacations. I reached the main bus stand to catch a bus to my village with my elder brother. I boarded a bus, but soon I realized that I was on the wrong bus which is heading towards a different direction. As I was not aware of the correct route to my village, I sought the help of an uncle who was sitting adjacent to our seat.
He was very kind and learned too. He advised to get down in the next stoppage and to hire a taxi as none of the buses will be available to my village for the next 6hours.
I had the only option to wait or to hire the cab. My elder brother agreed to hire a taxi. We did as uncle advised and within few hours few reached our village safely.

It is a classic case when me and my brother boarded on a bus taking us opposite to our home. When we started our journey we were walking unmindfully on the road and reached the bus stop.
It did not occur to us that we had walked in the wrong direction. It is only when we sat in the bus and were looking at the different stoppages passing by we realized that we were actually going backward not towards home.
