it is observed that pencil sharpener is made of plastic although it attract by magnet of two poles because some parts of pencil sharpener is made up of iron, steel


as we know from the property of magnet it attract metals like Iron , steel etc
so whenever we place a magnet near pencil sharpener it attract pencil sharpener.
