personal achievement is dependant on personal efforts and desires but those who try to achieve for race or nation suffer from more pressure and stress
but here we find that the racial discrimination and pre feeding of failure creates a mood of frustration for one jesse Owens who is helped by Luz long who though being schooled in nazi youth movement doesn't believe in aryan supremacy thus helping himself to his best performance and urging Owens to give his best too though it would apparently mean his losing the medal. The achievement of Owens startled Hitler thus showing that individual excellence surpasses racial achievements .
