Dear Diary,
I always look forward to Sundays and even more so when we planned to spend the day visiting my uncle! Uncle, aunt and both my cousins are very fun-loving and full of energy. The wonderful aroma of homemade snacks reached us the minute we got out of the car. We discovered that Aunt had prepared my favourite snacks, mom’s favourite manchow soup and dad’s favourite carrot cake. We munched on the snacks and then got busy playing. We had an Uno and a carrom competition. I won the chess tournament and even got a prize! We were famished by lunch time and ate heartily. We did not have any space for the desserts, so we played a game of tambola and had the desserts after the game. It was great fun. They really know how to make someone feel special! I am already looking forward to having them over next month.
