Hello Mate!
x = 2 , x = 0
p( x ) = 2x^2 - 5x^2 + ax + b
p( 2 ) = 2(2)^2 - 5(2)^2 + a(2) + b
0 = 8 - 20 + 2a + b
0 = - 12 + 2a + b
p( 0 ) = 2(0)^2 - 5(0)^2 + a(0) + b
0 = b
On subtracting both equations, we get
0 = -12 + 2a
12/2 = a
6 = a
Answer = a = 6, b = 0
Hope it helps☺!✌
