Z - 27 = 10x + y

Z = 10x + y + 27

10x + y + 27 = x + 10y

27 = x + 10y -10x -y

9y -9x = 27

9(y-x) = 27

y - x = (27/9) = 3

x + y = 9

add above two

2y = 12

y = 6

x + y = 9

x + 6 = 9

x = 3

Z = 3 + (10*6)

Z = 3 + 60 = 63

Z = 63
