its a general question,why is it that when we rub over a pencil mark the mark disappears but when we make a pencil mark on the eraser/rubber there's a pencil mark on it?

the rubber has the ability to erase the pencil mark so when u mark a pencil mark on eraser u can erase it also by using other eraser
