M1V1+ M2V2 =M1U1+M2U2
Here,
m1= 80kg
m2= 20g ==> 20/1000==>0.02kg
u1=o
u2=400m/s

V1=?
v2=0

Putting it in the above formula ..

80*v+0.02*0 = 80*0+400*0.02
80v =8
v = 8/80
V = 1/10
V = 0.1m/s

Hence velocity of man = 0.1m/s
