Because of the sudden increase in the current in the case of bulb B

AS WE KNOW VERY VERY WELL THE POWER IS DIRECTLY PROPORTIONAL.

AND THE POWER OF SECOND BULB IS MORE THAN THE FIRST BULB. SO BULB B CAN CONSUME MORE ELECTRIC CURRENT THAN THE BULB A BUT THE CURRENT FIRST COME ACROSS FIRST BULB SO THE CURRENT AT BULB 2ND IS NOT SUFFICIENT THAT'S WHY IT FUSE.....
