l×b=72

l×9=72

l= 72/9

length = 8cm

c) area of rectangle = 36.3cm

l×b= 36.3

11×b=36.3

b=36.3/11

b= 3.3

Perimeter of rectangle=2(l+b)

2(11+3.3)

2×14.3 = 28.6

b) Area of rectangle= l×b

16×8=128m

In 1m of hall = 2m tiles is required

then in 128 m of hall = 128/2

= 64

64 tiles is required in a rectangular hall
