. Its not compulsory for a partner to register its firm still he prefer to register it. Why?​

Generally according to Indian partnership act 1932, Registration is not compulsory for a firm.

But there are few disabilities for an unregistered firm. This disabilities indirectly force the firm to get registered.

Following are those disabilities:-

1. A partner of an unregistered firm cannot sue civil cases against other partner or the firm.
2. partners cannot sue for set off of claim against third party if they have mutual debts.
3. They cannot sue third party for breach of the contract .
