I do not want to say anything about the topic but I think I will be held on the same course as I am not having any further information

The force is given by F = I*L*B sin@
But the magnetic moment is given by force*perpendicular distance thus
Magnetic moment = I*b and sin90 is
Thus
Magnetic moment = I*b*L*B
B is the perpendicular distance thus L*B = area
If the coil has N number of turns
Magnetic moment = niAb
Which is equal to c@
• c is the torsional constant
niAb=c@
Deflection is @
Thus
@ = (nAb/c)*i
nAb/c is constant
Thus @ is directly proportional to the amount of current ..proved
