Ohm's law state that potential difference applied in a conductor is directly proportional to the Current passing through it, provided that temperature remains constant.
it's graphical representation is always a straight line.
Series combination..
1) This combination has the same amount of current passing through each resistor.
2) this combination has different amount of potential difference across each resistor.
3) if one appliance gets damaged.. others are also affected.
Parallel combination
1) this combination has different amount of current passing through each resistor.
2) This combination has same amount of potential difference across each resistor.
3) if one appliance gets damaged , others are not affected.
hope it helps u :)
