It's IUPAC NOMENCLATURE is PROPYNE..

can also be called Prop-1-yne.

Because the Triple bond is located at the First carbon atom, counting from your RIGHT..

THE COMPOUND CAN BE TRACED DOWN TO THE ALKYNE FAMILY(in the Homologous series)..the TRIPLE BOND FAMILY..
