the correct answer is option 1
there is one ester group in the extreme right corner.... so numbering will start from the carbon of ester group...
so this carbon will be numbered as 1.…
the second carbon is having a methyl group.…
and the third carbon shares a double bond with oxygen..... this is keto group but since we already have an ester as the main functional group..... so the keto group will be a substitutent..... and we will use 'oxo' for this.
so all these match with the first option.
