Answer:here you go..

Explanation:

IUPAC nomenclature of elements with atomic number more than 100 is done using a few rules

first try and understand this table

digit   root word  abbreviation

0         nil                     n                          notice the fact that no

1           un                    u                           two digits have the

2          bi                     b                        same root word nor do

3           tri                    t                          they have the same            4         quad               q                 abbreviation. Understand

5           pent                p                  that this is because each

6          hex                  h                 element should have a unique

7           sept                s                     name.

8            oct                 o

9            enn                e

lets try a few examples:

atomic no. Z= 100

1st dig is '1' so we take root word un

2nd dig is '0' so we take root word nil

3rd dig is '0' so nil again

so we combine the root word to get "Unnilnilium"   ( the 'ium' is added probably to make it sound less wierd :)

so the abbreviation,

1st dig 1---- u

2nd dig 0-----n

3rd dig 0-------n

so abbreviation is 'unn'

just as Zinc is abbreviated as Zn, Unnilnilium is abbreviated as Unn.

some examples;;

103- Unniltrium--- Unt

114- Ununquadium--Uuq

hope it helps...
