Answer:

1)As we know every food contains some nutrients. So when we have a variety in diet the nutrient in every food is easily available for us. So it is important.

2)You can write it according to your state but generally the major sources of carbohydrates are bread,beans,milk,popcorn,p potatoes,cookies,spaghetti,soft drinks,corn,cherry pie,sugar,fibers and starch.

3)You can write it on your own but generally the food containing lipids are avacoda,cheese,dark chocolate,whole eggs,fatty fish,nuts,chia seeds,extra vergin olive oil etc.& eg.are butter,vegetable oil,cholesterol,other steroids,waxes,phospolipids &fat soluble vitamins.

4)Hair and nails are mostly made of protien.The body uses protien to build and repair tissues.Protien makes enzymes,hormones,other body chemicals. It is important for building blocks of stones,muscles,cartilage,skin,blood.

5)The main causes arepoor diet lacking nutrients, a disease impairing absorption,etc.

6)It helps body to be hyrated.It helps to perform different functions in body like digestion.I t helps food to get digested.

8)It is essential for muscle contraction,oocyte activation,building strong bones,teeth, blood clotting,nerve impulse,transmission,regulating heartbeat,fluid balance within cell.

9)They are carbohydrates,fats,fibre,m minerals,protiens,vitamins,water.
