The bulb glows only in a closed circuit. (Option a)

  • In a complete circuit, the bulb glows because the current is flowing. A bulb requires proper current flow in order to glow.
  • Once the current moves, the bulb's filament starts heating up and glowing which then emits heat and light.
  • However, if the loop is open, it will not let the current move in the loop and so, the bulb will stop glowing too.
