 = \sqrt{ {(0   - ( -  3))}^{2}  +  {(0 - 4)}^{2} }  \\   = \sqrt{ {3}^{2}  +  {( - 4)}^{2} }  \\  =  \sqrt{9 + 16}  \\  =  \sqrt{25}  \\  = 5
