This is taken from the poem Butto, written by Toru Dutt.
In the poem Buttoo, Toru that brings out the contrasting values of loyalty and selfishness. Buttoo went to Dronacharya and acknowledged that he was his inspiration this shows how humble Butto was. When Dronacharya and justly asked him for his right hand thumb as recumbent he cut it of at once showing his love and reverence for his Guru he did not have the any in feeling.
