so just compare the given of equation of circle with the standard equation of circle. from there you will get g = -2 and f = 3.

centre for any circle is (-g, -f). so here the centre is (2, -3).

radius of the required circle is 6.

so equation of required circle is

(x - 2) {}^{2}  +  {(y + 3)}^{2}  = 36
