Need for Power

Explanation:

The Kakinada experiment was performed by Mclelland in association with SIET, Hyderabad, in 1964. The conclusions were made using Thematic Appreciation Test(TAT) and after its assessment they concluded that the people who attended their session were more driven and successful than those who did not.

One of their major conclusions was the need of the participant to obtain success and power.
