We know that, vector product is given by :

A\times B=|A||B|\sin\theta

The magnitude of vector product

|A\times B|=|A||B|\sin\theta\\\\=\sin60\\\\=\dfrac{\sqrt3}{2}

Hence, the correct option is (D).
