Answer:

Define transpiration

Transpiration is the process of water movement through the plant and its evoporation from aerial parts, such as leaves, stems and flowers. Water is necessary for plants but only a small amount of water taken by the roots is used for growth and metabolism. The remaining 97-99.5 percent is lost by transpiration and guttation.

Protoplasm

Protoplasm is the living part of a cell that is surrounded by a plasma membrane.

In some definitions, it is a general term for the cytoplasm, but for others, it is also includes the nucleoplasm.

Cytoplasm

Cytoplasm is a thick solution that fills each cell and in enclosed by the cell membrane. It is mainly composed of water, slats, and proteins. In eukaryotic cells, the cytoplasm includes all of the material inside the cell and outside of the nucleus.

Nucleoplasm

Similar to the cytoplasm of a cell, the nucleus contains necleoplasm, also known as karyoplasm, or karyolymph or nucleus sap. The necleoplasm is a type of Protoplasm, and is enveloped by the nuclear envelope (also known as the nuclear membrane). The necleoplasm includes the chromesomes and nucleulous.
