Venus considered to be geologically alive because:-

●On Earth, lava flows react rapidly with oxygen and other elements in the atmosphere, changing their composition. On Venus, the process should be similar, though more intense because of the hotter, denser atmosphere, chiefly of carbon dioxide.

●The observations reveal that volcanoes on Venus appeared to erupt between a few hundred years to 2.5 million years ago. This suggests the planet may still be geologically active, making Venus one of the few worlds in our solar system that has been volcanically active within the last 3 million years.

●In July, ESA also reported that the southern hemisphere of Venus was "earth-like" and possibly once had an ocean of water. Venus is the second closest planet to the sun, which it orbits every 224.7 days.
