Answer:

Know the formats for these forms.

  Slope-Intercept: y=mx+b  where m is slope and b is y-intercept

  Intercept form: x/a + y/b =1  where a is the x-intercept (a,0) and b is the y-intercept (0,b)

Standard form: Ax+By=C where A, B, and C are numbers

*I assume by "normal form" you mean standard form

Now all you have to do is rewrite the equation to fit each form.

Slope-Intercept: y=mx+b

move x and 2 to the other side by subtracting x and 2.

 x+y+2=0

-x          -x

    y+2=-x

      -2   -2

     y=-x-2

Intercept form: x/a + y/b =1

move 2 to the other side

 x+y+2=0

       -2  -2

 x+y=-2   recognize this form????

what do we need to divide by -2 to get 1?  divide both sides by -2

(x+y)/-2=-2/-2

x/-2 + y/-2 = 1

Standard form: Ax+By=C

  see above under intercept form
