Here is ur answer,

V=250v(given for both)

P1=500watt,P2=200 Watt

V1=250v,V2=250v

we know that, [P=V^2/R]

now, resistance of 1st bulb ,

P1=V1^2/R1

500=250*250/R1

R1= 125ohm

resistance of 2nd bulb

P2=V2^2/R2

200=200*200/R2

R2=200ohm

therefore ,the ratio of their resistance is R1/R2=125/200=5/8
