Step-by-step explanation:

Neelu has 47 books out of which 11 have been taken.

So now the books she has is 47-11 = 36 books.

According to Question

6 book = 1 shelf

1 book = 1/6 shelf

Now , she has 36 in all.

36 books = 36/6= 6 shelves

6 shelves she needs in all.
