When you run, the oxygenated blood is not enough to our body so anaerobic respiration in our muscle takes place and lactic acid is formed which cause cramp in your muscles.

jada doodane se manspesio me lactic acid ka sraw hota hai jiske karan manspesio me dard hone lagata hai .
