Assuming that Jill lost both her parents when she was 5 years old and a court appointed a guardian for her. Then would there be any challenge in opening a start-up?

Explanation:

First Jill would be advised to seek advice of a lawyer in regards to her legal rights upon attaining majority. The lawyer in concert with  her guardian would then work out how best to support her in the establishment of the the proposed partnership.

Then Jack and Jill would draft a partnership agreement or memorandum in order to help them establish a framework for running the business. The next thing would be to look for startup capital if they do not already have it.The capital would be used in renting an office, purchasing supplies, paying for licenses and marketing their services.
