Let the present age of Jack's son be xyears

the age of jack=5xyears

After 15 years

Jack's son age=x+15

Jack's age=5x+15

=x+20

a/q. x+20=2x+15

20-15=2x-x

5=x

present age of Jack's son =x=5years

present age of jack=x+20=5+20=25years
