Money Jack gets payed as his salary each month = 1800 pounds

Money he spends on his rent :-

= half of his total earnings

  =  \frac{\texttt{1}}{\texttt{2}}  \: \texttt{ \: of \: 1800}

 =  \frac{\texttt{1}}{\texttt{2}}  \: \texttt{ \: × \: 1800}

 =  \frac{\texttt{1×1800}}{\texttt{2} }

 =\texttt{ \color{hotpink}900 \: pounds}

So, Money Jack spends on his rent = 900 pounds

Money he spends on food,bills and savings :-

= 1800 - 900

= 900 pounds

So, Total money Jack spends on food , bills and savings = 900 pounds

Total number of parts = 4+3+2 = 9

Which means :-

Money spent on food by Jack :-

 =  \frac{\texttt{4}}{\texttt{9} } \: \texttt{ \: of \: 900}

 = \:   \frac{\texttt{4}}{\texttt{9}} \texttt{ \: × \: 900}

 =  \frac{\texttt{4×900}}{\texttt{9} }

 =  \frac{\texttt{3600}}{\texttt{9} }

 = \texttt{\color{hotpink}400 \: pounds}

Money Jack spends on his food = 400 pounds

Money spent on bills by Jack :-

 =  \frac{\texttt{3}}{\texttt{9}}  \: \texttt{ \: of \: 900}

 =  \frac{\texttt{3}}{\texttt{9} } \: × \: \texttt{900}

 =  \frac{\texttt{3×900}}{\texttt{9} }

 =  \frac{\texttt{2700}}{\texttt{9} }

 = \texttt{\color{hotpink}300 \: pounds}

Money Jack spends on his bills = 300 pounds

Jack's savings :-

 =  \frac{\texttt{2}}{\texttt{9}}  \: \texttt{ \: of \: 900}

 =  \frac{\texttt{2}}{\texttt{9} } \: × \: \texttt{900}

 =  \frac{\texttt{2×900}}{9}

 =  \frac{\texttt{1800}}{\texttt{9} }

 =\texttt{\color{hotpink} 200 \: pounds}

So, Jack's savings = 200 pounds

Therefore, Money payed by Jack for his bills = 300 pounds
