Jack’s stories were autobiographical. Justify this statement with reference to Skunk’s story.

The story of the Roger Skunk was more or less Jack's own story and thus, he even gave it a different ending. Though all the stories had the same plot, it cannot be said that they were all autobiographical in nature. However, the story of Skunk did have a relevance with his childhood and thus, Jack made sure that Jo understands the story better with a real ending, though not happy.Through the Skunk's story, Jack shared his childhood struggles and the fact that he could do nothing to improve his state.
