Jaepee and Laarni had some money in a ratio of 2:5. After Jaepee received 110 pesos and Laarni received 14 pesos, both of them had an equal amount of money. How much did Laarni have at first?​

then, jaepee have 2x

and Laarni have 5x

make a equation of question.

2x + 110 = 5x +14

110 - 14 = 5x - 2x

96 = 3x

96/3 = x

32 = x

hence, Laarni have 5x = 5×32 = Rs 160 first.
