Step 1: First we have to know, how much does two pair of jeans cost:

1 pair of jeans = 250.50

2 pairs of jeans = 250.50 x 2 = ₹501

Step 2: Secondly, we have to know how much does 3 shirts cost:

1 shirt = 176.25

3 shirts = 176.25 x 3 = ₹528.75

Step 3: Now we have to add the 2 pair of jeans cost and 3 shirts cost:

₹501 + ₹528.75

= ₹1029.75

Step 4: Lastly we have to subtract the purchaser cost from the total money:

₹1100 - ₹1029.75

= 70.25

Therefore, Jagjit will get ₹70.25 as balance

Answer:

2× 250.50=501

3 × 176.25 =528.75

528.75 + 501 = 1029.75

1100-1029.75

70.25 is the balance
