1. The Jago Grahak Jago program was launched in the year in 2005.

2. The features of this program include consumer awareness by all means of mass media such as Print media advertisements, Video Campaigns, Audio Campaigns etc.

3. The success of the program can be seen in the fact that people are now aware of their rights in the market place and also about their duties being the buyers (such as if any seller is trying to cheat their consumer, aware consumers tries to protect the rights of them).
