Solutions:-

We all know that,

》Total amount invested in business = Rs. 5000

》Amount invested by jai = Rs 2000

and

》 Amount invested by Veeru = Rs 3000

》 Total profit Rs 1500

first of all

we calculate ,

$profit\% = \frac{1500}{5000} \times 100 = 30\%$

Profit Amount received to jai= Rs. 600

$30\%\times2000=\frac{30}{100} \times2000 = 600$

Profit received by Veeru.= Rs. 1500- Rs 600

Rs 900

or

By applying same formula

we get

$30\% \times 3000 = \frac{30}{100} \times 3000 = 900$

Profit received by Veeru.= Rs 900
