1.As the protest against the'Rowlatt Act'.On April 1919 people gathered at the place named Jainawalla Baug.
2.General Dyer arrived there at with the armed force.
The place was enclosed from all the side and has a small gate.
3.General Dyer positioned his army and closed the gate.
4.He started firing on the disarmed people.
Total 1660 rounds was fired.
5.Many people including women were killed.(400 people were killed)
This is known as 'JALLIANWALLA BAUG MASSACRE'
