Jammu and Kashmir thrives to become an independant country. But our country is supressing this state by keeping soldiers in all areas and controlling it. Justify whether our country is right in doing so and whether Jammu and Kashmir should become an independant country?

Yes our country is right in doing so, to keep J&K in India, because defense comes in the union list.
J&K should not become an independent nation as it was legally merged with India.
