Number of babies left after giving to friend is R-5 and
Grandpa got 5 more than she had on beginning so
R+8+R-5 so 2R+3.
she has 27 of them = 2R+3 = 27
=) 2R= 27-3
=) 2R= 24
=) R= 24/2
=) R= 12
She had 12 babies in the beginning
