Janitha's grandmother was upset about the blackening of her silverware. Janitha told her not to worry and that she knew how to bring back theshine on the silverware.
You too join in to learn how it is done.
You will need:
A steel pan, a teaspoon each of baking soda and common salt, a silver object which has turned black, one litre water, gas stove.
What to do:
1. Take water in the steel pan and boil it.
2. Add baking soda and common salt in thiswater.
3. Put the blackened silver object in this water.
4. Allow it to stand for 30 minutes.
5. Take out the object from the pan using a pair of tongs. Is the silverware shining now? Look at the steel pan? Do you notice any change in it?

In addition to its shiny façade, stainless steel cookware can also be touted for its sturdiness, its ability to absorb heat quickly, and to cook food evenly. Stainless steel appliances are equally durable with their strong resistance to rust and water damage and their enduring shelf-life.

Answer:

yes

Explanation:

yes the silverware will be shining now.. because of rust collected was dissolved with that water and it will remove that layer easily.

steel pan will have a covering of that rust on that but when we will clean that it will be removed easily and steel pan will also be shining.
