Japan don't have any natural resource but india have much,even Japan can be ranked in the list of powerful and developed nation, why not india???

Japan don't have any natural resources but india have much,japan can be rankedin the list of powerful and developed country as it import resources from the other countries and invest them on the human capital as we know that Human capital is the most superior among all the resource as it make the use of land and capital resource so,that's why Japan is developed country as it invest its resources on education, hospitality, industrial and infrastructure sectors etc.
