so,

also, given that,

• The length of side of Jamilah’s portrait = 3 inches longer than Jared’s portrait .

then,

→ The length of side of Jamilah’s portrait = Length of side of Jared’s portrait + 3

→ The length of side of Jamilah’s portrait = (7 + L) + 3

→ The length of side of Jamilah’s portrait = (10 + L) inches.
