The journal entry will be : Bank A/C Dr  Rs..xxx  To Jasmeet A/C.  Rs.xxx (Being cheque received from Jasmeet deposited into bank) In the Double column cash book, on the debit side, write "To Jasmeet A/C" with the respective amount in the Bank Column.

rohanjassal664: To jasmeet ... right answer
singhrawinderpal: thanks
