Let the trees age = x

The variable of x should be multiplied by 2/3 and then add 10 .


Form Equation -


10 +  \dfrac{2x}{3}  = 50


 \dfrac{30 + 2x}{3}  = 50

30 + 2x = 150


2x = 150 - 30


2x = 120


x =  \dfrac{120}{2}

x = 60


Hence :
